Indoor Saunas

Assembling your One Person Sauna infrared sauna is simple and doesn’t require professional help. You won’t need power tools—just a screwdriver for the door handle and the included Allen wrench to attach the glass panels to the frame. The sauna comes pre-configured, and with its intelligent design, all components connect easily. Our Magne-Seal™ system ensures effortless assembly, with pieces that snap together and fit perfectly.

Before shipping, your sauna is pre-assembled in the factory and thoroughly tested for quality control. It’s then disassembled, packaged securely, and shipped to your home in perfect condition. If you need any assistance while assembling, our support team is here to help—just email us at info@onepersonsauna.com.

Assembly usually takes about 120 minutes, depending on the model you choose (we offer 2-4 person indoor infrared sauna models). Whether you’ve chosen a One Person Sauna Equinox or Solstice model, you'll find it easy to put together.

Outdoor Saunas

For our outdoor sauna models, such as the One Person Sauna Luminar and traditional outdoor saunas, assembly requires more hands-on work. We recommend at least 2-4 people for the assembly process. While you can assemble the sauna yourself if you’re experienced with furniture assembly, hiring a contractor is a good option for a smoother installation.

We advise reading the installation manual carefully before purchasing, as it covers every step of the process. The assembly of outdoor saunas usually takes about 3-4 hours, depending on the size of the model (2-5 person sauna options available).

Please note, any electrical setup for your sauna must be performed by a qualified electrician who is familiar with local codes and regulations. Be sure to check the product specifications on the website for the sauna’s electrical requirements.

Delivery and Storage

Your sauna will arrive on a large pallet at curbside delivery. Make sure you have several people available to accept the package. The freight company will drop off the pallet at the curb, but they will not bring it inside unless you opt for white-glove delivery (contact us for more info). We recommend having 2-4 helpers and a dolly or cart to move the pieces from the pallet to your desired location.

If you can’t unpack the sauna right away, please store the crate indoors or in a dry area to protect it from rain or moisture. Exposure to the elements could cause damage, and we cannot be responsible for any issues arising from improper storage.

Moving the Sauna

Once the sauna is on the ground, you will be responsible for moving the pieces to their final location. Most of the sauna pieces are lightweight enough to be carried by 1-2 people, but heavier pieces will require 2-4 helpers. A dolly or cart will make this easier and help prevent damage.

If you need any help or have questions, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to guide you through the assembly process and ensure you have a fantastic sauna experience!
